Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • 80% full refund: You are eligible for an 80% refund if you request a cancellation before accessing more than 8% of your enrolled course content and within 2 days of purchase.
  • No refunds are applicable after 2 days, or after accessing more than 8% of the course content, or if the only charge is the platform fee (as we do not charge fees for the courses themselves).
  • Platform charges/transaction fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • If you face any technical issues or have concerns about your purchase, contact us at support@happlle.in. All refund requests will be processed and reviewed as per our policy.
  • Approved refunds (if any) are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
